Restoration help is on the way to Gulf Shores, Alabama! National Environmental Specialists
(NES) is proud to be working to help the communities recover after Hurricane Laura caused
severe wind and water damage to buildings along the Gulf Coast.
NES arrived in Lake Charles, LA on August 30th to help with disaster relief after the hurricane
swept through southwestern Louisiana. Several companies contacted NES to assist them with
water damage restoration. NES is working to provide asbestos sampling for materials including
ceiling tiles, floor tiles, insulation, and sheetrock ahead of the restoration process to ensure a
safe working environment for the crews, property owners, and community.
The service requests from restoration companies continue for NES and they are in route to
Orange Beach, AL to assist with projects ranging from Gulf Shores and Perdido Key to
Pensacola, FL. NES offers a wide range of Environmental Consulting services and are currently
providing limited asbestos inspections, mold inspections, moisture mapping, and mold
clearance assessments. To properly mitigate mold growth and structural damage, NES
investigates areas damaged by standing water and will provide verification that the increased
moisture has been removed. National Environmental Specialists will confirm that reconstruction
